She possesses over 17 of marketing and management experience, including seven years as a senior manager at Deloitte. Triano is the senior director of Catalyst’s information center,

Graded: Students will receive a certificate for completing their assignments and abiding by the honor code.

Description: Empowerment…humility…accountability…courage…inclusiveness…Those are some of the traits that differentiate successful leaders. In this course, students will complete exercises and read case studies to help them develop these skills. They will examine their leadership style – and reflect on how their behaviors and biases can undercut their ability to connect and exert influence. In addition, students will draft a Personal Leadership Plan so they can continue developing their leadership acumen long after the course finishes.
