HIGHEST SIGNING BONUSES PAID BY INVESTMENT BANKING FIRMS

Not surprisingly, the highest average sign-on bonuses—$48,177—were paid to MBAs who joined i-banking firms. Those signing bonuses were nearly $17,000 more than the overall class average of $31,370. The lowest average sign-ons were paid in transportation: Just $20,000.
