Diversity is a hallmark of the HEC MBA program; participants come from a wide range of academic and professional backgrounds and represent over 55 different nationalities. The 16-month MBA equips participants with the technical, interpersonal and leadership skills needed to excel in their chosen path.

Participants personalize their MBA during the second half of the program—the customized thread — following a track in Finance, Marketing, Entrepreneurship or Strategy, and select from amongst 80 electives. Participants have the chance to take part in one of 53 exchange programs worldwide or one of 12 double degrees.

The program is taught in English but participants also have the option of choosing the bilingual option (French/English).
