Only two years removed from his PhD program at Chicago’s Booth School, this 34-year-old finance professor is already producing fantastic academic research. He has won several “Best Paper” awards for his research in asset pricing, financial intermediation, and information economics.

In his dissertation, he studied how the speed by which information diffuses affects its value to a stock market investor. A paper based on this dissertation is forthcoming in a leading academic publication, Journal of Financial Economics.
