Description: Priorities…Tradeoffs…Deadlines. Ask any project manager and they’ll tell you that you’re often choosing between bad-and-worse, not right-and-wrong. In this course, students will develop the self-awareness and tools needed to make better decisions and become more productive in a fast-changing and ambiguous work setting. Over four weeks, students will learn when and how to delegate; set reasonable expectations with their peers and superiors; better manage existing resources; and establish personal and professional goals. The course will taught through 8-12 minute lecture videos, with students evaluated through quizzes.
