Students will also practice how to stimulate ideas, along with identifying the reasons why they fail to reach realization. Even more, they will learn how to shepherd the best ideas from brainstorming to finished product. In the end, the course will also cover the elements of product adoption life cycle, strategies for fostering creativity at all levels of an organization, build strategy and networks around ideas, and connect them to the organization’s existing portfolio of products.
