Description: What is innovation? Is it the idea that inspires leaders to change the way they look at their organization, industry, or customer? Is it a mindset that drives them to push their initiative regardless of operational pushback constraints? Is it the process that brings discipline, accountability, and strategy to the proceedings? In this course, students will learn how to formulate, select, and push their ideas within an organization. Over nine weeks, the class will explore the roots of innovation in its various forms. They will step into a customer’s role to understand what attracts them to a solution and motivates them to adopt it. Students will also practice how to stimulate ideas, along with identifying the reasons why they fail to reach realization. Even more, they will learn how to shepherd the best ideas from brainstorming to finished product. In the end, the course will also cover the elements of product adoption life cycle, strategies for fostering creativity at all levels of an organization, build strategy and networks around ideas, and connect them to the organization’s existing portfolio of products.

Review: “A very professional, content-rich, well-structured, all in all simply excellent course. Good speakers who absolutely know what they are talking about. All material provided as downloadable files – this is best practice. I profited very much from this course. Highly recommended.” For additional reviews, click here.
