Handicapping Your MBA Odds

On the raw stats, this Deloitte consultant is a superstar. He boasts a 3.95 undergraduate grade point average from UCLA and a 770 GMAT score that puts him in the 99th percentile of all test takers. Translation: He is in the top 1% of everyone who has taken the GMAT exam.

His target MBA programs include Harvard, Wharton, MIT Sloan, Columbia, and UC-Berkeley Haas. He plans to return to Deloitte once he graduates with his MBA, with an eventual goal of working in his family’s business in Taiwan.
