Aside from your classmates, what was the key part of the MBA curriculum or activities that led you to choose this business school and why was it so important to you? I am attracted by the extensiveness of integration of China context at CEIBS. CEIBS offers plenty of opportunities for students to understand and interact with Chinese companies across various industries and development stages, ranging from F500 to start-ups. I look forward to participating in the Integrated China Strategy Project, in which students form teams to work on consulting management projects with China-based companies.
What is the biggest appeal of earning an MBA in China? Earning an MBA in China allows me to gain an elevated understanding of business tailored to the China context.
Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: My biggest accomplishment so far is building my own company. From the very beginning, I led the process of setting up the structure and procedure of the company. I was deeply involved in the recruitment of the first batch of team members and served as the main instructor for the training session. I led the team to develop 1000+ our own independent branded products and establish our customer coverage across 50+ countries.
Describe your biggest accomplishment as an MBA student so far? I am the student ambassador of CEIBS and I feel very proud when I introduce CEIBS to prospective candidates. It is a very fulfilling experience to share my MBA experience and I am extremely honored to be able to represent CEIBS student community.
What quality best describes your MBA classmates and how do they demonstrate this quality in your interactions? My MBA classmates are talented and aspiring professionals from a variety of functions and backgrounds. I learn so much from them on a daily basis from class interactions and after-class activities.
What other MBA programs did you apply to? Just CEIBS.
What led you to pursue an MBA at this point in your career? I wanted to go back to school to construct a systematic, structural and sustainable solution to run a China-based company efficiently. I look forward to further developing my business knowledge at CEIBS and learning from my peers.
