I would like to continue my career in my country for now, but wanted a high quality, global MBA program. Aside from your classmates, what was the key part of Quantic’s MBA programming that led you to choose this business school, and why was it so important to you? In general, it was the high quality content, being around great students all over the world, and having everything accessible online. I wanted to develop my career and skills not only for Japan, but also globally, so I needed high quality, world class content to learn more innovative business practices. At the same time, I wanted to continue my career in Japan and stay with my family. Quantic is highly competitive and only about 10% of students who apply to the MBA program are admitted. What advice would you give to someone who intends to apply to Quantic to increase their odds of being accepted? Try the foundation programs and think how relevant the program is to your career. What achievement are you most proud of in your professional career? I launched an online education platform to help students to access high quality education content when I worked at a startup (Quipper) as product manager. In South East Asia (like Indonesia, Philippines, etc.), there are so many children who cannot access quality education resources because of financial issues, geographical factors, and school facilities. The platform aims to provide solid education resources to students, teachers, and schools. It made a great social impact. What is your ultimate long-term professional goal and how has your MBA studies helped you make progress in this area? I would like to start a company that has a big social impact all over the world. Quantic will give me the skillsets I need to achieve this goal. DON’T MISS: THE DISRUPTERS: MEET THE QUANTIC CLASS OF 2022
