Aside from your classmates, what was the key programming that led you to choose this business school and why was it so important to you? I think CEIBS has a unique strength to not only have a recognized MBA but also an executive program. It is a huge opportunity for MBA students to have access to people that have many more years of experience sharing the same campus and interacting at some events.

What course, club or activity excites you the most? I am really excited to have a Chinese mentor from the CEIBS alumni community. It is really a big opportunity to have a person that has years of experience and is open to sharing knowledge and advice with you.
Describe your biggest accomplishment in your career so far: The first woman and youngest partner in the investment team of my previous job.

What is one thing you have recently read, watched, or listened to that you would highly recommend to prospective MBAs? Why? I would recommend reading the book Behave. It is the kind of book that can really transform the way that you frame the world and understand yourself.

What advice would you give to help potential applicants gain admission into your school’s MBA program? For international students I would say that you really can bring value since you have had experiences in a different culture and business environment. So, the best way is to really show how unique your background can be to other students in China. On the other hand, you must be aware of what lessons you want to learn from CEIBS. Why are you interested in studying in China? How is this going to help you in your future?
