The OMBA classroom is no different. Two schools this year reported average work experience for its 2023 alumni of 15 years: Bryant University and Jack Welch Management Institute. Two more schools had an average of 12 or more years in the workforce while five others posted 10 or more years. For all schools, the average work experience was 8.5 years and the average age was 32.6. You can see the average age and average years of work experience for all 51 ranked schools in the table below.
