P&Q’s Must Reads: The 2025 World’s Best MBA Programs For Entrepreneurship

Hello everyone  — Welcome back to Poets&Quants’ Must Reads, a quick, digestible recap of the top business school news, sponsored by CentreCourt, P&Q’s virtual admission events.

I’m your host, Kristy Bleizeffer, and I’ll be highlighting the most important P&Q stories you might have missed. So, let’s get to it.

No. 1: The 2025 World’s Best MBA Programs For Entrepreneurship

This week, Poets&Quants is proud to present our annual ranking of the World’s Best MBA Programs for Entrepreneurship.

Our 2025 list was topped by a school brand new to the ranking: EDHEC Business School’s Global MBA

It was an incredibly close ranking result for 2025 – with just over 1 point separating the top three programs in the raw total.

Our methodology is designed to measure how resources are allocated to individual MBA students. The 31 schools on this ranking are entrepreneurial gems, even as their MBA programs may not typically get as much ink as the prestigious powerhouses.

You can find the full list, as well as how each school fared in every metric, in our rankings tab from our main menu.

No. 2: 2024’s Top 40 Business Schools For Sustainability

With the election of Donald Trump as U.S. President, it will be up to business, and thus business schools, to make meaningful progress in areas like climate and social equity.

And a business school in Australia is leading the way: Griffith Business School topped the Corporate Knights’ 2024 Better World MBA Top 40 for the fifth straight year.

For its ranking, Corporate Knights assessed 174 B-schools across the world on how much their core curriculum is dedicated to sustainable development concepts.

You can find the full ranking on our homepage.

No. 3:  Lifetime Achievement Award In MBA Admissions

For her extraordinary empathy, strategic acumen and her unmatched leadership in admissions, Poets&Quants has awarded Dawna Clarke our very first Lifetime Achievement Award in Admissions.

Clarke has worked in  MBA Admissions at University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business for more than 20 years – albeit in two different stints.

Poets&Quants editor and founder John Byrne profiles Clark and her long career in MBA admissions for our first ever lifetime achievement award in the category. You can read his story now, from our homepage.
