From transforming iconic consumer brands like King Arthur and Dunkin’ to scaling operations at Fabletics, meet three alumnae from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business who exemplify the power of the world’s best alumni network.

There’s a reason people say Tuck has the world’s best alumni network.

It’s not just the doors our alumni open or the careers they help launch, though that’s certainly part of it. It’s the way they show up for one another. As mentors. As advocates. As lifelong friends. This famously loyal network is one of the most distinct parts of the Tuck MBA experience.

As you explore what sets Tuck apart, I’m excited to share a few stories from alumnae who exemplify the spirit of our community and the impact of a Tuck MBA. These alumnae came to Tuck from different paths—and each is now living Tuck’s mission of bettering the world through business. With the world’s best alumni network at their fingertips—and record-breaking career placement outcomes to match—it’s no wonder Tuck graduates go on to do extraordinary things.

Below, get to know the career journeys and expertise of CEO Karen Colberg T’91 of King Arthur Flour, CMO Jill Nelson T’16 of Dunkin’, and COO Meera Bhatia T’04 of Fabletics.

Karen Colberg T’91

Karen Colberg T’91 | CEO, King Arthur Baking Company

“Humility is so important. I don’t have all the answers, but I’m willing to ask a lot of questions and I’m willing to listen.”

Karen Colberg’s career has been shaped by courageous pivots—from merchandising at GAP to the helm of King Arthur Baking Company. Now CEO, Colberg has led the brand through a major rebranding and record growth during the pandemic. Her story reflects values-driven leadership, resilience, and a commitment to helping others grow.

Jill Nelson T’16 | CMO, Dunkin’

“At Tuck, you don’t just build skills—you build a network that stays with you, opens doors, and shows up for you at every stage of your career.”

Jill Nelson went from pricing analyst to CMO at one of America’s most iconic brands. Her leadership helped produce top-rated Super Bowl ads starring Ben Affleck and the “DunKings” while driving product innovation and customer connection at scale. Nelson credits the Tuck MBA with deepening her strategy skills and helping her lead the future of marketing.

Meera Bhatia T’04 | President and COO, Fabletics

“Success comes from being collaborative and recognizing my role is not always about having the best ideas, but drawing out the best ideas in other people. I attribute so much of that to Tuck.”

From tech to fashion, Meera Bhatia has redefined the COO role in the e-commerce era. As president and COO of Fabletics, she leads complex operations, including supply chain diversification and global customer service. She joined Fabletics just as the pandemic hit and quickly helped the brand scale. Bhatia says her collaborative, cross-functional leadership style was developed while at Tuck, and continues to guide her in navigating everything from growth to innovation.
