Ask yourself:

• Who do I love? Why?

• What makes me happy?

• What do I love? Why?

• What makes me angry?

• What makes me mad?

• What frightens me?

• What makes me sad?

We sometimes ask our clients, “If you were woken up in the middle of the night and someone asked you what matters most to you, what would you say?” If they can’t come up with anything, we suggest that they put a notepad by the bed and set the alarm clock. Try it; you might get some really creative ideas.
