Graded: Students can choose to explore course videos, discussions, and ungraded assignments for free, but they won’t be able to submit graded assignments, earn a certificate, or complete a specialization without paying a $119 fee.

Description: Too often, companies onboard employees without considering the long-term. They evaluate them at 90 days and annually. Of course, they correct them when something goes wrong. Getting the most from employees requires planning. Even more, it entails a consistent process of monitoring and assessing their performance with the goal of enhancing their value to the organization. In this course, students will learn how to grow their employees in alignment with narrow departmental and broader organizational objectives. In particular, the course will focus on “setting clear expectations, providing positive and corrective feedback, and delivering an effective performance appraisal.”

Review: No reviews.
