Review: ā€œThis course has had a profound impact on how I view leadership. I understand that genuinely effective leaders pull the lever on making a decision only when they have rallied the support and gathered the perspectives of those who will be affected by the decision. If you want an introductory lesson on how to do this then I implore you take this course. You wonā€™t regret it.ā€ To read the full, in-depth review, click here.
