What led you to choose No-Pay MBA’s network?

The openness, flexibility, community support and the exponential spirit. Thanks to the MOOCs, people all over the world can access higher education from top schools at no cost or very low cost, wherever and whenever. But completing classes online and on time is not easy when you are doing it alone. Joining this community of similar-minded people is a great way to gain support and motivation. It is like an anchor in the big online learning world. It has been an exciting and rewarding journey so far with the class of 2017. The program cuts down a lot of barriers that used to prevent people from going to MBA schools. Because of this program, a group of amazing people are able to gather and work together for a brand new type of future higher education.

What would you like to get out of the program before you finish?

1) Communication skills and tools.

2) The capability to help others achieve their goals.

3) To be an excellent team player.

4) To be an excellent leader.

What do you plan to do with your business education after you finish it?

I want to use all the skills I learn from being part of this program to transform the way I view my business and my role as a manager.

What advice do you have for people considering joining the No-Pay MBA Network or using other non-traditional means of getting a business education?

If you have the time and money set aside to attend any kind of MBA program, your options are wide open. Then you just need to determine your specific area of interest in business and then pick the school that has the strongest expertise in your area of interest. I didn’t want to take a break from my current career and I want to be able to spend weekends and evenings with my family. So I gravitated towards online schooling. Most of the paid online MBA programs have a certain range of courses to choose from within that school. This programĀ gives me the flexibility of choosing my own curriculum from top schools and top professors in a global basis. Besides, it is exciting to be the first cohort!
