Description: In this course, students will learn the difference between an idea and a true business opportunity. Dr. Eesley will provide a framework for ā€œtaking a technology idea and finding a high-potential commercial opportunity, gathering resources such as talent and capital, figuring out how to sell and market the idea, and managing rapid growth.ā€ The course is structured so students work in start-up teams, where theyā€™ll develop business models and plans to market their solutions.
