A licensed psychologist, Cook possesses extensive experience treating young people, including a stint at Father Flanaganā€™s Boyā€™s Town. He earned his M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of California-Riverside and his research focuses on developing school-based mental health models and promoting emotional health in young people and adults.
