I come from a diverse international background. Having grown up in Egypt, I have lived and worked in 5 countries (including Austria, Germany, and the United States) and speak four languages (Arabic, English, German and French). I’m a Computer Engineer and started life as a developer and team leader for enterprise software companies. Since getting my MBA from London Business School, I’ve held a number of corporate positions in Fortune 500 technology companies and, more recently, shifted to startups. I also hold an MSc in Biomedical Engineering from City University London, and am studying for a part-time PhD in Computational Biology. One day, I hope to combine my business experience with my background in science and engineering to create sustainable business solutions for the world’s most pressing healthcare problems.
Having worked with Admissionado for 4 years now, I usually focus on applicants targeting European programs, who have slightly different expectations from US ones. Having been there myself not too long ago, I know what it takes to get clients into top programs, especially across the overlapping areas of international development, engineering, healthcare, and business.
In my opinion, everyone has a great story to tell. My mission is to help you find and articulate yours in a way that will make top programs listen.

I came across Admissionado via Poets & Quant–I was looking for a consultant that could offer support for UK/European MBA applications. I’d previously had a free consult with another business, and while the consultant seemed decent and a friend had had success with them, it was clear they couldn’t offer a nuanced approach to the UK application scene. As an LBS alum (my top program of choice), Sally Radwan was a perfect fit.
During my initial free consult, Sally immediately offered detailed strategic advice unique to each of the programs I was interested in–this was a stark contrast to the much more generalized advice I’d received previously. I knew right away she would be a perfect fit for my application support.
From our initial consult, I was already tight on time for my applications and was still juggling a heavy GMAT study schedule for a resit of the exam. Sally helped me to come up with a prioritization plan, encouraging me to stagger some of my applications into different rounds. She was ultimately fundamental in helping me get through the hefty LBS application in a 2 week period (though not advised if you can avoid it!). Her essay feedback was excellent and helped me to rapidly find the right flow and direction I needed for a compelling application.
For a number of external reasons, I ended up putting my other applications on hold for the following year of application rounds, expecting at that point in time that due to a softer GMAT, I’d need to reapply with a stronger score. To my great surprise I was called to interview at LBS, but then to my shock and horror discovered how intensive LBS’ interview process can be! I added interview support with Sally, following which she put me through tough interview mocks that were fundamental to my fluency in both the video and in-person interview portions. She was very direct and honest throughout the process, so I truly understood where I needed to improve.
I was over the moon a few weeks later to hear I’d been admitted as an R3 admit despite my softer GMAT! I really couldn’t have done it as well without Sally. She gave me crucial guidance and helped me to develop the polish I needed to put my best foot forward and win a spot in my top choice program! I’m ecstatic to be joining the class this Autumn.
A few points of advice for those considering consulting services, while your consultant may help you to strategize and prioritize your application timeline if you ask, it is very much your responsibility to stick to it. Additionally, I was a little unclear on what kinds of questions I could ask for support on and which parts of the application (e.g. short answer questions) I was entitled to support on with the Junior Delux package. I recommend seeking a little more clarity on this at the start. I believe there were more general/essay content questions I could have asked for help with than I did throughout the process.
Best of luck with your applications! You are in great hands with Sally!
I am so happy that I have decided to contact Admissionado for my MBA application process!
I was studying for the GMAT and writing my essay at the same time, with a very short term deadline; it was extremely important for me to stay on track with the entire application process, so I decided to buy the Deluxe package.
I worked with Sally, and thanks to her help, I could get an offer from my first choice Business School! I really enjoyed working with Sally, she pushed me to reflect on my past experience, especially on what I learnt from failures. From the very beginning, I felt super comfortable in speaking with her about my story and my final goals. She was very responsive to my emails and always ready to give advice and support. She reviewed my entire application and made sure it was perfect. Moreover, her mock interview helped me feel more confident and ready for the real one.
For me, it resulted in the best possible outcome (I have received an offer from my first choice) and I am truly grateful for having had such a great team on my side. I would not have made it without Sally and Admissionado team support! I would recommend anyone applying to and MBA to choose Admissionado to secure a place in their dream school.
I decided to start my MBA application only 2 months before R1 deadline. I was done with GMAT by then so putting together my applications and writing essays were my only worries. I knew I would get solid recommendation letters from work. Given my GMAT and GPA were on the safe side, I’m certain that the faith of my application would depend heavily on my actual application essays and interviews. With only less than 2 months before R1 deadlines, I was stressed out with essay ideas and approaches to make my applications stand out. After reading about the MBA admission process and being introduced to the idea of getting support from MBA consulting firms, I started talking to 3 consulting firms. Because I already knew which schools I would be applying to, I paid attention to how the consulting firms would help me develop and polish my applications. Admissionado was the first firm I talked to and immediately impressed me with their professionalism. All email exchanges were really seamless. I made up my mind and selected Admissionado. Sally Radwan was my consultant and I cannot express my gratitude enough to Sally and the entire Admissionado team. I interacted directly with Sally via both phone and email but understood that there was a team behind the scene that supported me for both essay editing and application reviewing. Don’t misunderstand the idea of MBA consulting, they’re there to help bring the best of you to your essay and show you how to present yourself in the best way possible in your application. They won’t write or encourage you to make up stories. You’ll still have to come up with your own ideas and be authentic. Before starting writing my first draft, Sally asked me to complete a questionnaire asking me very specific questions about my achievement and personal stories. After that, we had our strategy call in which Sally clarified some of the stories in my answers to her questionnaire. Just a day after our call, she came back to me with what she thought would be my highlights to tell in my applications. With those recommendations, I started writing my first draft. I really enjoyed seeing the involvement of my essays from the first draft to the final version. With her understanding of my past experiences and stories, she was able to suggest adding details in my essays throughout several versions. Sally is very methodological and will push you to try harder if she thinks your essays are not good enough. She was very flexible with edit rounds and won’t start editing if she does not think the overall story or quality is there. With the help and support from Sally and the Admissionado team, I got accepted to both LBS and Cambridge. These were the only 2 programs I applied to. From the beginning to the end when I received my acceptance letters, Sally and the Admissionado team always emphasized that it was my achievement and I earned it. However, I personally believe my journey to my top-choice MBA program would be choppy and may not happen without Admissionado and specifically Sally. The only cons I could think of is that it would be much helpful if Admissionado could provide the clients a suggested timeline based on individual cases and follow up to make sure the essay drafts are coming. Maybe it was just me but I really need to visualize what the next steps are and their associated timeline. Thank you so much for helping and supporting me throughout the process. I highly recommend Admissionado.
