You have solid stats and great work experience but you’re coming from an over-represented demographic so you really have to stand out to get the attention of admissions committees. I think your background in manufacturing will be really helpful. Aerospace manufacturing isn’t exactly a common career background so I think this “old school” experience in manufacturing will be a real positive for you amid the many people coming from tech, consulting and finance. I suggest you find a way to present your goals in a much crisper way, but they seem like they connect the dots well.
