Big Life Wins:

The day I started flying and the day I earned my four strips to become a Captain. Both took a great deal of resilience; both gave me motivation to push the boundaries. Grew up in a humble, not financially strong background; could not afford air travel. I saved through part-time work since high school for my flying training, got into the country’s most prestigious training institution with scholarship. So the first time I sat in an airplane was in the pilot’s seat. I became Captain under a rigorous upgrade program with (changing airplane type and upgrading as captain). Helped my company with fuel-saving strategies for cost reduction along with the reduction of carbon footprint.

Post MBA Goal:

Short term – Consulting (Aerospace, travel, and aviation sector) with a large consulting firm. Long term – Leadership position in aerospace/airline sector.

However, Mr. Airline Captain has plenty to offer if you are prepared to see the whole applicant. Strong grades, above average GMAT and differentiated work experience, punctuated by a Masterā€™s in Aviation Law (!) which exemplifies passion for his field.
