    From what I can see there is only one weakness in your application: It’s the fact that your GMAT score is 30 points below the HBS average, yet you are an Indian or Asian and that part of the MBA applicant pool tends to apply with some of the highest GMAT scores around. Nonetheless, you went to a great school, did well and landed two very important and highly selective jobs where you have done well. The fact that you plan to return to your PE job is also a plus because it means that HBS doesn’t even have to hellp you land a job.
