    To use the words of Sandy Kreisberg (HBS Guru): Silver + Silver + Silver = Not Gold. The 750 would help but you would be competing against people from MBBs with Ivy League Degrees and equal, if not higher, stats. Wharton looks difficult but you should have a good shot at Kellogg, Columbia, and Yale
