You may have to get creative in coming up with examples of those situations, although I think your time in consulting should help with that significantly. I also think it would be in your best interest to iron out the details of your career plan more. Do you really want to be a practicing doctor and, if so, how would those business skills be used (would you open your own practice, or practice on the side while working at a med device company, etc.)/ Or do you want to go back to consulting? The Admissions Committee wants to know that YOU know what you want out of the experience, and not that you want to prolong your time in school to figure things out. I think you have the building blocks, but putting them together will require you to really reflect on your end goal.
