Hi Mr. Corporate Dev, that’s great about your Darden interview — congratulations! Your tenure is a little shorter than that of many candidates at top MBA programs, but you are showing a lot of impact in your work experience–I think if you can demonstrate your fit at Darden and what you can bring to the table in perspective and leadership, you have a solid chance in this extended R3 round if they haven’t already filled the class. Committees love candidates with Leadership Development Program experience as they know that they provide solid experience. The fact that you are now a program mentor will really add weight too and provide you with some good stories. I imagine they will dig into your leadership during the business integration. Schools like to see that candidates have leadership experience, either formal or informal so this will likely be a line of questioning. How do you feel about virtual interviews? I know that by now many of us are used to zoom meetings and other virtual get togethers.
