    The strongest part of your application is your work experience where you have racked up an excellent record of achievement with three promotions at a top consulting firm which I presume to be Deloitte, though I could be wrong. Penn State is okay, though it’s not UPenn. 3.47 is okay, though it’s not the class average at Kellogg of 3.6. Your 327 GRE is right for Kellogg which does not disclose its GRE class average sadly but that score is a point above Harvard Business School’s class average. So what is good enough for HBS is certainly good enough for Kellogg. So to fully leverage your work experience and to offset the few things that won’t put you over the top I would make really …
