    I’ll get right to the point. Your undergrad performance could be a non-starter at any T15 program. I spent many years reviewing applications from Pakistani candidates during my time at Duke Fuqua and noticed that nearly everyone had a terrible GPA (but none as low as yours). While your strong GRE helps, you need to take a pre-MBA math course (possibly more than one) and get an A to demonstrate that you are a different student today than you were as an undergrad. Use the optional essay to explain (but not excuse) your poor performance.
