During my time as an adcom at MIT Sloan, I came across many TFA members who had not yet completed their commitment and moved onto the next big thing. In those cases, it was difficult to see their potential outside of teaching or get a sense of their impact on an organizational scale (though certainly always an impact on their students). The strongest TFA alums were those who were able to transfer their experiences to the business world, which you’ve successfully done.
