Your international experience is definitely a plus, especially at schools like Kellogg, Georgetown, INSEAD who highly emphasize that. Your fast track promotion to EM is impressive too. That said, you are a bit more experienced than the typical applicant so make sure you’re presenting strong reasons and clear thinking around why you need an MBA and why now (since you’re already on a strong trajectory). Kellogg also attracts a lot of consulting applicants so I do worry about your GMAT / GPA stats both being below their averages. If it’s possible to retake GMAT, I would recommend it.     I like the work trajectory but am a bit concerned that with 8 years of work experience you may have trouble explaining why NOW is the right time for you to get an MBA. Your will need to have clear post-MBA goals and articulate what areas you need to develop during business school to put yourself on track to acheive your goals. While I like the international profile, I’m concerned that your stats (both GPA and GMAT) are below the averages for Kellogg. Also, your extracurriculars feel a bit weak post MBA.
