Concluding my grad year in Electrical engineering with a variety of experience I have gained from working in a fitness startup, leadership roles on campus, and completing 2 internships at Fortune 500 companies. I currently work 2 jobs on campus along with a full-time enrollment. What I lack in GPA I make up for in resume, SOP & personal interview.

Big Life Wins:

I began my fitness startup after taking a break midway between my engineering. The Co. was offered 165,000 GBP seed funding, presented at multiple VC conferences, built the product from ideation and partnered with 9 Fitness Chains in less than 3 months. I have never been rejected after an interview irrespective of the nature of the role.

Post MBA Goal:

The satisfaction of working for yourself has got to me and I intend to continue my Fitness Startup by building a completely different ecosystem for Fitness Companies.

Your high GMAT of course is a big asset that will help offset the softer GPA. All that you’ve been able to do while being a student is also a testament to your drive and work ethic. I only give you a 5% chance at HBS because the average is about 10% and I see you having slightly less than the average shot given your lower amount of work experience.
