When my current team experienced significant turnover, I implemented an outsourcing solution supported by data automation tools that reduced headcount and also reduced G&A by 15%+. JA volunteerism had been low. As the new coordinator, I began tracking volunteers and seeking their feedback, doubling participation.
I would like to enter management consulting focusing on sustainability solutions, which I believe are among the most important issues our generation will have to solve. Eventually, I’d like to be either a chief sustainability officer at a global company or an entrepreneur within the circular economy

It’s possible that Kellogg could get over the age thing but it’s more likely that the school will try to steer you into its EMBA program. It’s clear that Kellogg is your reach school. I do think your chances improve at all three of your other target MBA programs.
