Your experience as a senior consultant in tech, plus your solid test score and educational degree, makes me think that IE will welcome you to its MBA program. If you execute your application well, I see no reason why IE would not want you in one of its incoming classes. It will be important to not merely say you worked in this sector, however. You have to demonstrate the impact you have had in it. If you do that, you are a clear admit.
