I think coming from Peru will be a big differentiator — all of these schools would like to see more qualified candidates from South America. You have a solid GPA in a hard major, and your GMAT is good as well. It is below each of these schools’ averages but I would bet that it’s right at the average for your demographic (again, not a ton of South Americans). That said, it won’t hurt you try again and see if you can score higher. I just don’t see it as a red-flag GMAT given your other strengths.
