I’m concerned about my GPA which has drastically dropped over the last 2 years of college. It dropped ever since I founded my organization. My GPA for the first 2 years were 3.3

Mr. Low GPA High GMAT – thanks for posting your profile. Susan Cera here from Stratus.
Congrats on the super strong GMAT! Unfortuntely, admissions committees may still get stuck on the 2.44 GPA because it will end up in their averages which drive the rankings. You might consider taking a formal course through which you would get a transcript to show that you can be an A student today. Even the 3.3 you had during your first two years of college is below the average GPA at most of the schools on your list. Be sure to use the optional essay to explain what was going on.

I’m impressed with your work experience. Very few young professionals have had the opporutnity to manage such a large number of people so early in their career. As you think about your ideal post-MBA role, be sure to consider what transferrable skills you bring from your work with students, in debate and through construction management.
I’m not sure if you are considering NYU Tech MBA or Cornell Tech MBA (or 1 year accelerated MBA). These could all be options for you if your goals are in the tech space.
Wishing you all the best on your application journey.
