    I like that you have already made a transition over to the media industry and have valuable experience that you can bring to the program.

    I think the weakest part of your profile is your stats – with both your GRE and GPA below the averages. Unfortunately, CBS really cares about stats. I would encourage you to retake the GRE or possibly take a look at the GMAT.
