For you and every other 2+2 candidate, just know that Harvard’s deferred admit program is a tough nut to crack. You have slightly higher odds if you have a solid STEM background and/or are female because those were two orginal goals HBS had in mind when it created the 2+2 admissions process. That said, you do have excellent stats with a 3.95 and a 760 GMAT. Your two summer internships at MBB and the MBB job offer in your pocket is additional evidence of your potential and your ability. If you have examples of taking a leadership position in your social impact volunteer work or while an intern at MBB that would be the icing on the cake that would substantially increase your odds of …
