For you and every other 2+2 candidate, just know that Harvard’s deferred admit program is a tough nut to crack. You have slightly higher odds if you have a solid STEM background and/or are female because those were two orginal goals HBS had in mind when it created the 2+2 admissions process. That said, you do have excellent stats with a 3.95 and a 760 GMAT. Your two summer internships at MBB and the MBB job offer in your pocket is additional evidence of your potential and your ability. Also, from the "community service" perspective... you don't seem to have that in any part of your profile except for your post-MBA goal. With a bit of work, you can be the ideal regular MBA candidate... but not the ideal 2+2 candidate. You're from an overrepresented pool and don't have a STEM degree. Unfortunately, it is hard to see why they would pick you. Work a bit more on rounding your quant-heavy ...
