For you and every other 2+2 candidate, just know that Harvard’s deferred admit program is a tough nut to crack. You have slightly higher odds if you have a solid STEM background and/or are female because those were two orginal goals HBS had in mind when it created the 2+2 admissions process. That said, you do have excellent stats with a 3.95 and a 760 GMAT. Your two summer internships at MBB and the MBB job offer in your pocket is additional evidence of your potential and your ability.
