Hey Pharma Guy, I am really impressed by what you have achieved in your career. You have a first-rate educational background, coming from IIT Kanpur, and a far more intriguing career thus far from many IIT grads who follow the more traditional software engineering route. You have a solid GMAT score, and your internships at MBB, a venture capital firm and a pharmaceutical plant are also pluses in your favor. Given all this, I think you will definitely get admitted on a deferred basis to two or more of the schools to which you are applying. And I think you have a shot at HBS.
