About Me:

Hello Everyone,

Excited to be proud of the community.

My journey began with a BBA from NMIMS Mumbai, where I laid the foundation for my career by pursuing internships at prominent organizations like Nalanda Wealth Management, Spinnaker Analytics, EY, Windrose Capital, etc. These internships gave me a comprehensive understanding of various facets of the financial landscape and led me to discover my true interest in investment management.

Post-graduation, I joined TresVista as a vital extension of the investment team for a USD 6 billion private equity fund based in the US. My time at TresVista sharpened my analytical skills and equipped me with the ability to tackle complex financial challenges.

To further enrich my expertise, I transitioned to Deloitte, albeit for a short stint, where I excelled as part of the corporate finance advisory team, engaging in strategic projects focusing on the DACH region. This experience expanded my knowledge and fortified my understanding of international finance.

A pivotal moment in my career arrived when I joined the National Investment and Infrastructure Fund (NIIF). My role encompassed creating NIIF’s inaugural USD 600 million bilateral fund in collaboration with the JBIC, Japan – “The India-Japan Fund”. I have also led the NIIF cricket team to numerous victories in various tournaments. Diversifying my interests, I embraced opportunities in the world of entertainment. I was a television commentator for Gujarat Titans during Tata IPL Season 16, reaching audiences with my engaging insights into the game.

What an incredibly impressive background for someone at your young age. Your GMAT score for Wharton is on target, though your GPA is low for the school. Nonetheless, you have a lot of accomplishments and people who work in VC or PE are few and far between. I think Wharton will go for this if you convince them that is where you really want to get your MBA and the rest of your application (essays and recs) are strong. Good luck. Let us know how it goes.
