    I like your chances at Kellogg for R3+. Your solid undergrad performance and solid work progression will serve you well. Absent a GMAT, adcom will be taking a deeper look into your transcript for evidence that you are ready for the academic rigor of the program. You may want to enroll in a pre-MBA math class to make sure you can hit the ground running.
