    Congrats on your acheivements with BSA! As a mother of two Eagle Scouts, I know how much work the organization puts into developing a program to groom future leaders.

    Your academic accomplishments at UC Davis are impressive. Unfortunately, your GMAT is well below the average at HBS. I suggest that you consider retaking to get closer to the 730 average.

    I’m curious as to why you want to pursue an MBA. Given your background with a non-profit and goals to pursue a role in public service, I wonder why you aren’t considering an MPA or MPP.
