Achieved Gold standard in Boy Scouts of America Journey to Excellence metrics for my larger assigned district in 2019. Published economics honors thesis in 2017 undergraduate research journal.

Post MBA Goal:

Career focus on public service and public interest. My goal is to have a meaningful impact in leadership in state/local government or in a highly-regulated private sector industry (healthcare, education, etc.). Leadership in social impact or sustainability in the private sector are also alternative paths to which I would be open.

    Congrats on your acheivements with BSA! As a mother of two Eagle Scouts, I know how much work the organization puts into developing a program to groom future leaders.

    Your academic accomplishments at UC Davis are impressive. Unfortunately, your GMAT is well below the average at HBS. I suggest that you consider retaking to get closer to the 730 average.

    I’m curious as to why you want to pursue an MBA. Given your background with a non-profit and goals to pursue a role in public service, I wonder why you aren’t considering an MPA or MPP.
