You didn’t provide much detail here but from your stats and background I would say your chances of an INSEAD admit are decent but not outstanding. Here’s why: A GMAT score of 675 is definitely in the range for INSEAD, though of course a higher score would improve your chances. Your 3.0 is NOT that impressive for INSEAD but it is in a difficult subject: computer science engineering. What’s more, it is from a university–Malaviya National Institute of Technology–that is not known for grade inflation. You do have to overcome the hurdle of being an engineer from India, only because there are so many in elite applicant pools. You have to stand out of that pool and explain why you are different from everyone else …

You have to stand out of that pool and explain why you are different from everyone else who has a higher GPA and a higher GMAT score than you have. When you say that you have “a passion for sports and uplifting underprivileged classes or society,” you need to show that is true by your actions–not words. This is essential to your success as an applicant because it could differentiate you from the large numbers of Indian applicants with engineering degrees and backgrounds. Good luck to you.
