    First off, there is no such thing as a perfect application. I subscribe to the theory that admission officers will blink once but not twice and you are only asking them to blink at that GPA. For all I know, you may have a legitimate reason for your low grades (which I assume brought down your overall GPA even when you went back). Your GMAT more than offsets what is on your undergraduate transcript. As a software engineering at a top tech firm, you seem accomplished in your job based on your big win.
