– Quick promotions / climb. I was able to double my total compensation in under three years by quick raises and also switching into a leadership role. Came in as a business analyst, moved laterally into a data engineering role but also up a level within 15 months, youngest on the team and level by ~10 years. Left company to become a product owner.

Post MBA Goal:

After earning my MBA I’d like to get into management consulting at a firm like Deloitte S&O.
