As you put your app together, one area where I would encourage you to be more specific is your career goals. Starting a business or leading a foundation or becoming a senior leader at Deloitte are three different paths. There’s no “right” or “wrong” paths, and AdCom doesn’t rank one path as “better” or “worse” than another. However, they are looking for your career goals to be *achievable* given your background. If you’d like to become a senior leader at Deloitte, company sponsorship would also be important. If you plan to start your own business, they’d be looking for past record of entrepreneurial endeavors. If you can narrow down your career goal and weave a compelling narrative, I think you’d have a good chance at Kellogg.
