Your GMAT and GPA are also robust. That said, be sure to explain in your apps how a business education will help you make the transition into more of a management role. What specific knowledge and skillsets will an MBA give you that you can’t learn on the job? Also, for applicants to Part-Time programs, having the support of your employer is important. It’s not financial support that AdCom is interested in (although that’s always nice, right?) it’s more support to take time off work to attend classes. If you can …
