I think your academic track record is solid – your outstanding GMAT score should offset your GPA. Your work track record also looks good, although I’m curious about your long tenure as Senior Consultant – if you can’t show promotions, can you show that you’re still taking on increasing responsibilities (eg. larger projects, managing junior staff, etc)? Or recognition / awards? AdCom wants to see that you’re a rising star and leader at work. Another area to demonstrate leadership abilities is through community work or extracurricular activities.
