Big Life Wins:
I consider my big professional win was when I was able to work through the late-stage development of a cancer drug and was awarded an appraisal during the launch of that drug in the US market. Each day the small lifestyle changes I make for the welfare of the people around me. I consider that as my personal win.
Post MBA Goal:
I hope to work on the business development team of pharmaceutical giants. I have looked at one side of these firms where people work tirelessly with research work. I would now want to explore the other side of this world.

Those qualities should be strengths in your application, as is your demonstrated experience in the pharma industry. Your post MBA goals seem reasonable too, and I can see how an MBA would help you to explore the BD side of the industry. What worries me is your GPA / GMAT combination. Maybe you are converting your GPA to a 4.0 scale? You shouldn’t need to. The GMAT is well below the NUS average of 667 so if you can retake and raise your score close to that, I would increase your odds significantly. Good luck! …
