    What a wonderful and interesting background you have. You are a non-traditional MBA student and Cornell would be a fantastic place for you. You have a jumbo GMAT which Cornell would love, and the fact that you have been a chef is certainly a plus for Cornell and its diversity goals. If you are accepted there, I would definitely go over ISB Hyderabad where I suspect you would be a fish out of water.
